At the Beach...with lots of pictures!

Saturday was Maddie's first trip to the beach! She didn't like it at first and if you notice in the pictures she has her hands out and her fingers spread apart the whole time...

...when I showed her the toys that I brought her she started playing and loosening up. I took her into the water again and in a few minutes she was happy and splashing around. When we went back up to the blanket she started being a goof and putting the basket on top of her head. She is so silly!

It was a fun day and perfect beach weather. The waves were nice and not choppy. We were there for only about 2 1/2 hours. Afterwards we stopped at Subway for lunch and Madison was very well behaved. She is at the age where you can just pack her up and go places and she'll enjoy it. We went to the zoo and the beach and in a few weeks we'll be staying in Disney World for 4 days!
